Kingsley PungongFounder and CEO
Kingsley Pungong is the Founder and CEO of Rainbow Sports. A Cameroonian-born entrepreneur with experience in starting and running businesses in Africa, UK and the US, Kingsley previously directed Wasserman Media Group’s Africa strategy and advised governments, leagues, sportswear manufacturers and professional football clubs in the UK, US, Europe, and Asia.
Leo CullenCOO Rainbow Sports
A retired professional defender, Leo Cullen previously worked at James Grant Sports, following 9 seasons in the MLS and 5 years as Director of Client Services at Wasserman Media Group. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Leo was the #1 overall draft pick in the 1998 MLS Superdraft to Miami Fusion, and went on to compete in over 200 professional matches, as well as representing his country at the U18, U20, U23, and Senior Team levels.
Alexandre MorfawDirector of Football
Alexandre Morfaw is Rainbow’s Director of Football. For the past 7 years, he has led the company’s scouting network with a keen eye for top talent. Alexandre played professional soccer in France (Nantes), UK (Leicester City), the MLS (Vancouver Whitecaps) and at international level with the Cameroon National Team.
Patrick MbomaConsultant
Born in Cameroon, Patrick Mboma was named African Footballer of the Year in 2000. A former striker, he previously held the position of all-time top goal-scorer for the Cameroonian national team.
